lf you have made an offer on a home you are interested in and would like to apply, begin by clicking the "Tenant Screening" link to access the online applications.
Once you have reviewed our Tenant Selection Policy, click the link below to access the online application. There is a charge of $55.00 per person over the age of 18 who intends to occupy the available unit. lf you do not have access to the online screening application please stop by our office or the park manager of the park you are interested in to pick up a copy of the application.
You must have a valid credit/debit card in order to pay for the screening fees. (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover)
There is an additional $3.00 processing fee when paying with a credit card.
Follow directions for the application carefully and be sure to complete all fields.
